PolasCapital ("Company", "we", "us") is a U.S. real estate investment platform helping international investors acquire, renovate, and manage rental properties in Memphis, TN. We operate at polascapital.com.
2. What Data We Collect
We collect data in two scenarios:
- Google OAuth sign-in: Your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.
- Optional Google Drive / Gmail access: Only if you explicitly grant it during sign-up — we may request access to files created by the app in your Drive and/or read-only Gmail access. This is used for storing property-related documents and platform integration. We never access content not created by the app.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Authenticating and securing your account
- Providing access to your portfolio and properties on the platform
- Storing property documents in Google Drive (if you granted access)
- Improving platform user experience
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
The platform uses the following services:
- Google — OAuth authentication, Drive, and Gmail (subject to your consent).
- Supabase — Secure data storage and authentication.
- Vercel — Application hosting and delivery.
Each service maintains its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except for data we are legally required to retain.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Revoke Google permissions at any time via your Google Account settings
